CAMP SCHEDULE
April 8th
  • Arrival at the hotel 5:00 PM
  • Dinner at 6:30 PM
  • Gymnastics in the fitness room from 8:00 PM to 8:45 PM
  • Sauna from 8:45 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Meeting in the lobby at 10:00 PM for planning tomorrow's activities
  • Room check at 10:15 PM, lights out at 10:30 PM
April 9th
  • Morning exercise gathering in the Lobby at 7:00 AM
  • Exercises in the gym from 7:05 AM to 7:30 AM
  • Breakfast at 7:45 AM
  • Meeting for training at 8:45 AM
  • Transfer to football field
  • Training from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at football field
  • Transfer at 10:45 AM back to the hotel
  • Beach time from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
  • Lunch at 1:00 PM
  • Quiet time until 3:00 PM
  • Snack - fruit
  • Gathering for the second practice at 4:00 PM in the Lobby + theory
  • Transfer at 4:30 PM to football field
  • Practice from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM
  • Transfer at 6:45 PM back to the hotel
  • Dinner at 7:30 PM
  • Table tennis from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Seaside walk from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Meeting in the Lobby at 9:45 PM - planning for the next day
  • Back to rooms by 10:00 PM
  • Lights out at 10:15 PM
